Sharing Christ’s love
BSK has been privileged to work with a variety of partners who are willing to see the Word of God reach different parts of the country and beyond. The society has been blessed to accept and partner with Team Jesus, a community based in the United States, to reach the vulnerable in our community.
The Jesus team bases their ministry on Matthew 25:35-40. ‘I was hungry, and you fed me; I was thirsty, and you gave Me drink; I was a wanderer, and you received me naked in your houses, and you clothed me; I was sick and you took care of me, in jail and you visited me.” Through their ministry, the team has reached many communities with the word of God and has also responded to other issues facing the community, just as Jesus would have done.
During their two-week stay in Kenya, they visited several places, including a visit to the Nazareth Joy orphanage, visits to churches (Free Pentecostal Churches of Kenya and Buruburu Church of God), visits to schools in Embu, Meru, Machakos and Nairobi districts where they distributed the New Testaments. , Crocs, Computers and Sanitary Towels.
We thank God that, together with our partners like the Jesus Team, we continue to share the love of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and help His Word to many who have not yet reached.
